16. For years, your tax dollars were lavished on one of our largest oil companies, in an attempt to remove oil from oil shale, in Colorado. U.S. oil was being depleted at an alarming rate. Are you surprised that after you subsidized the company's income with millions of dollars, nothing came of the search? Too expensive? Or, a disinclination to rock the money boat?
17. "Social Security Trust Fund to be depleted by 2040," says a squib in the Beaumont ENTERPRISE, May 1st, 2006. Imagine how much help could be afforded SS with the 260 BILLION DOLLARS (still climbing) spent in Iraq, or to be sent to Mexico, for Illegal Aliens who worked or are working in the U.S. Just when did patriotism and congressional promises to defend America and Americans evaporate from Congress' vocabulary?
18. NAFTA, which was to have brought the good life to Americans and the world has been a
disaster for Americans. Good jobs for most people have disappeared. Pensions and hospitalization are certainly out the window. A tiny percentage of Americans, less than one percent, are making obscene riches while most of us work two or more jobs to raise our families. America's middle-class, the backbone of America, is shrinking, overtaken by poor learning habits, poor teaching in many cases, low morality, drugs infestation from our southern border.
That fiasco has been added to the problem by Mr. Bush' adoption of CAFTA, whicht bears out
the Ross Perot doctrine of "that giant sucking sound of good jobs leaving the U.S." That disaster has come to pass.
Adding insult to injury, Mexican illegals parade with Mexican flags in our national capital, telling our Congress and citizens what to do and where we can go, and charging the cost to Americans still left with good jobs. Congress adopts Mr. Fox's meddling in our politics.
19. On May 3rd, Americans were told by ABC TV (parphrased), publishing the news from Washington that "Americans should not expect a solution or help from the federal government for bird flu pandemic." The Congress appears to be dumping us overboard.
20. Crime is rampant in our metropoli, and has swiftly spread to small town U.S.A. Illegal alien
gangs roam at large, distribute drugs brought into our southern border by their kin; drive by shootings are common, thefts, rape, murder, child abuse, kidnappings, bacterial infections
are becoming commonplace.
A latin woman coming back from "the Dominican Republic" about two months ago was claimed
to have infected a half dozen people in Iowa with mumps, at last count. With open borders many other diseases including tuberculosis, leprosy, anthrax, mad cow...are in prospect.
American presidents have done squat for Americans for decades. Isn't it time we dumped most of congress and their presidents, and voted in new patriotic people who mean what they say when they swear to protect and uphold America's Constitution?
